We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by appointment only. No surcharge for weekend pickups or drop offs.

For a-la carte equipment rentals, no cancellation fee applies. For package truck rentals, cancellations under 72 hours before the departure time will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

For returning clients, we can offer 24 hour, 7 day a week pickups and returns without a staff member present.

We accept cash, e-transfer, cheque (made out to Switzer Digital Inc.), Paypal or wire transfer. Detailed payment options are listed on your final invoice. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Rentals of the package truck are always COD, for both new and existing clients. Net 30 terms can be discussed for a-la carte rentals, however COD is preferred.

Yes, all rentals need production insurance, covering non-owned, rental equipment. The value insured must exceed the agreed upon value of the equipment being rented. Insurance certificates should be made out to

Included in the price of the package truck rental is 50km of range, as the crow flies. Additional mileage is a possibility, and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

A Switzer Digital staff member is responsible for driving the truck to and from set. Unlike other rental houses, it is possible to have the truck delivered without having to pay for an additional Swing/Driver. Please contact us directly for more information and to discuss what would best suit your production needs.

Yes absolutely! Our truck is large enough that even with the full Switzer Digital package loaded on, there is still plenty of room for add ons. View our equipment page of additional Grip, Lighting and Camera that can all be added on to our truck, or speak to us and we will happily set up a sub rental with one of our partners in the area.

Please ensure your set has a parking spot that is at least 25ft long and 8ft wide, to ensure the truck has space to park and the liftgate has room to operate and unload. The truck is just shy of 11ft tall, so ensure the route and parking spot is clear of low hanging wires, branches or overhangs.
